Senior Client Advisor - Las Vegas Forum

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Las Vegas Forum Boutique, you will play a crucial role in achieving both individual and team sales results. You will act as a Manager on Duty when required, coaching the sales team and ensuring store operations meet brand standards.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Guide and coach the sales team, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture client information to build relationships and personalize future client development.
• Develop long-lasting client relationships using the company’s clienteling program.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support visual merchandise presentation standards and inventory execution.

• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales roles.
• Excellent client service skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
