Senior Client Advisor - Montauk Pop-up

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Montauk Pop-Up Boutique, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will advise clients on purchases that align with their personal style and lifestyle, while achieving individual and store sales goals.

• Engage with clients to embody Dolce & Gabbana Sales and Service standards consistently.
• Drive and exceed individual and store sales objectives, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, and Repurchase Rate.
• Enhance team performance by guiding, coaching, and mentoring colleagues.
• Capture quality client information to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to attract new clients through community networking.
• Supervise the sales floor and perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Support and maintain company visual merchandise presentation standards.
• Assist in inventory preparation and execution.

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Companies.
• Proven excellent client service skills and commercial mindset.
• Experience in training and coaching individuals.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
