Job Description
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will oversee the client advisor team in partnership with the store leadership team, contributing actively to store sales and key indicators achievement. You will provide a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to all clients while upholding Maison values, image, and standards.
Responsibilities- Manage the client advisor team and lead by example by achieving individual sales targets and ensuring the team meets their targets.
- Train new client advisors and provide ongoing training and development for existing team members.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
- Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, identifying their needs and anticipating future requests.
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients, demonstrating passion for fashion culture.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Effectively use all available tools to optimize business opportunities.
- Support the front and back-of-house teams and uphold company policies and operational procedures.
- Preferred experience in providing high-quality service focused on client expectations in fashion and accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Personal taste and passion for fashion culture, with a knack for creating personalized looks.
- Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Open-minded and values audacity and authenticity.
- Strong team-centric attitude to achieve common goals.
- Comfortable with using tools and applications, and quick to learn new technologies.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language.
