As a Senior Client Advisor based in Soho, you will act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated client experiences and advising across all product categories. You will be accountable for individual and team sales results while supporting store management and mentoring colleagues. The role emphasizes advanced clienteling, relationship building, and maintaining the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and be accountable for results
• Welcome Clients, advise across categories, and enhance the in-store experience
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling to develop and recruit Clients
• Support floor management, stock operations, opening/closing duties, and after-sales as needed
• Mentor teammates, support onboarding of newcomers, and uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Proven ability to drive and manage a large client book through relationship building
• Strong client service orientation, communication skills, social perceptiveness, and problem-solving ability
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus
