- Continuously meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data and personalize client engagement.
- Maintain an accurate and organized client book and follow up on sales and inquiries.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized per company policy.
- Contribute to visual presentation and uphold brand image standards.
- Support shipping receiving and inventory control as requested.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
Requirements
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays as business requires.
- Foreign language knowledge a plus.
