Deliver exceptional client experiences and uphold luxury brand standards as a Senior Client Advisor within the front of house sales team. Support boutique success through personalized service, mentoring team members, and contributing to sales and KPI goals while assisting with floor operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable, tailored client service and execute the sales ceremony.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, and consignment.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM data enrichment.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Provide insights into fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Create personalized styling and wardrobe solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in womens and mens ready-to-wear.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet KPI targets and use CRM tools for client management.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to mentor colleagues and support a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to perform opening and closing duties and hold store keys if required.
