Summary

Front-of-house sales position focused on delivering exceptional, personalized client service and supporting boutique performance. The Senior Client Advisor builds and maintains client relationships, contributes to store KPIs, and may act as manager on duty when required. This role supports merchandising standards, inventory processes, and a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable, tailored service and execute the sales ceremony to exceed client expectations.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, UPT, repurchase rate, consignment, and data enrichment.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM management.
• Mentor and coach team members, share product knowledge, and support a positive team culture.
• Act as manager on duty when required, execute opening/closing procedures, hold store keys, and support floor operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory and store processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for luxury fashion.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor styling to client needs.
• Experience in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
