Senior Director E-commerce

As a Senior Director of E-commerce at KREWE, you will lead the digital customer journey and manage all parts of the funnel to grow the e-commerce revenue channel. Based in our New York Headquarters, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Brand team to deliver a cohesive customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Oversee and manage the E-commerce team, aligning goals with strategic priorities.
• Own the channel P&L and manage sales performance via all digital channels.
• Define communication strategies for key customer segments and manage funnel stages to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising, and influencer marketing teams for ecommerce campaigns.
• Set and achieve objectives for ecommerce KPIs, focusing on channel growth and brand awareness.
• Direct performance marketing for customer acquisition through various paid media channels.
• Establish marketing attribution infrastructure and analyze key KPIs for campaign optimization.
• Support the VP of Marketing in building brand value and presence.
• Collaborate with in-person and wholesale channels to drive store traffic and awareness.
• Review channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Be the subject matter expert for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer strategies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and explore new growth opportunities.

• 8+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience with P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and attribution models.
• Experience with multi-country e-commerce sales and current fashion advertising trends.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interest in emerging tech.
• Affinity for fashion and design with a laid-back and fun work mentality.
