Summary
Analytical and results-driven finance professional responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analytics and performance insights for the brand portfolio. Role supports data-driven decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across brands and categories while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive timely delivery of brand and category performance analytics including sales and gross margin.
- Maintain and enhance comprehensive reporting on brand profit and loss statements.
- Develop and monitor key brand health indicators such as sell-through, inventory metrics, and discounting patterns.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to create efficient and scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.
- Identify and implement reporting enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support reconciliation of forecasts across business units and long range planning guidance.
- Provide analytical support for strategic brand initiatives and special projects.
- Prepare and present insights for executive presentations, quarterly reviews, and committee meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail financial metrics and P and L components.
- Superb financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with international teams and attend occasional after-hours meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization.
