Senior FP&A Manager

Summary

Experienced finance professional supporting corporate FP&A functions including Global Impact and Communications, providing financial planning and analysis to inform decision making. Role is primarily New York based with an in-office requirement of three days a week and involves forecasting, reporting, and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis
• Execute month-end close process and prepare variance analyses
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting
• Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for leadership review
• Prepare and present quarterly consolidated functional reporting
• Assist in developing annual financial plans and budgets
• Conduct operational analyses including sustainability metrics tracking
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and standardize reporting tools
• Lead small teams or project workstreams and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in retail apparel industry preferred
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
