Summary
Senior Lease Administrator responsible for full lease administration services within the Record to Report team, supporting luxury brands through lease abstraction, interpretation, financial management, and data maintenance. Acts as main contact for brands and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting and lease compliance. Works independently, handles training of junior staff, and supports special projects assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents including leases, amendments, and subleases
- Perform rent analysis, payment processing, and billing calculations
- Manage client vendor and landlord relationships and resolve issues
- Review landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations for accuracy
- Maintain data in lease administration system and track critical dates
- Manage subtenant accounts and handle billing and collections of third party rents
- Train and assist Lease Analysts and respond to their questions
- Support special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in real estate lease administration or real estate accounting
- Ability to interpret complex commercial and retail lease language and documents
- Advanced financial analytical research and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with effective organization multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines work under pressure and work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with ability to learn SAP and lease database systems
- Prior experience with Tririga or another lease system is a strong plus
