Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable

Summary

The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable leads accounts receivable operations across retail, outlets, ecommerce, and wholesale businesses in the United States and Canada. This role oversees billing, cash applications, collections, reconciliations, and dispute resolution while improving order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports, high-risk accounts, outstanding invoices, and collection activity.
• Lead and develop accounts receivable analysts and oversee reconciliations, cash applications, and bad-debt provisions.
• Manage stock-take finance activities, including checks and audits across stores and warehouses.
• Develop policies, collection strategies, forecasts, and process improvements; implement technology and workflow enhancements.
• Support audits, coordinate with headquarters, and assist finance leadership with special projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounts receivable management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, credit administration, collections, and financial controls; expertise in SAP.
• Excellent communication, project management, time management, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and lead change in a fast-paced environment.
