Summary
The Senior Manager, Creator & Influence is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators and influential voices across the United States to drive authentic collaborations and brand storytelling. This role develops regional influence strategies, curates high-touch events and experiences, and partners cross-functionally to generate compelling creator-led content. The position is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule and requires frequent travel for major activations.
Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain a diverse network of creators, artists, and cultural influencers across key US markets.
- Design and execute regional influence strategies tailored to markets such as Miami, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Washington, DC.
- Plan and oversee events and experiences, including guest list curation, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Drive creator-generated content and storytelling for major US events and activations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for creators, managing communications and relationships throughout partnerships.
- Track and analyze the impact of creator engagements and provide insights to inform future strategy.
- Support financial operations and vendor management, including budget tracking and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, Cultural Studies, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in influence marketing, partnerships, talent relations, or event management, preferably within luxury, fashion, arts, or culture sectors.
- Demonstrated network and knowledge of influential individuals in US creative industries.
- Strong organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in high-touch environments.
- Regional fluency or connections in key US markets and willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to work on-site in New York a minimum of three days per week.
