- Declare clear objectives and key results (OKRs) and provide a strategy to achieve them.
- Focus on operationalizing resources, training, partnerships, processes, and platforms needed to achieve OKRs.
- Support a team comprised of Managers, Sr. Specialists, and Specialists.
Requirements- 8+ years of professional experience in a large matrixed organization, with 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
- Proven competency in aligning product goals with customer strategy.
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies.
- Proficiency in digital navigation and merchandising strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing digital features and functionality.
- Experience in content messaging strategies.
- Ability to engage with internal and external executive partners.
- Competency in cross-team collaboration, drive for results, and communication skills.
- Experience in scaling ecommerce businesses.
- Experience in driving digital to physical outcomes.
