Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager of Ecommerce Distribution, you will oversee the operations of the Distribution Center in Cranbury and external 3PL facilities. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on brand implementations and support marketing campaigns. Your role will involve managing relationships with 3PL providers and ensuring consistent operating processes across sites.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee e-commerce operations and 3PL facility management.
  • Liaise with Brand and Supply Chain teams for alignment on projects.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and product teams for campaign support.
  • Ensure consistent operating processes and SLA adherence.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans.
  • Manage communication between Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects in warehousing operations.
  • Oversee team budget and connect marketing actions to outcomes.
  • Develop forecasts and cost models from capacity planning.
  • Lead inventory analysis and review 3PL cycle counting processes.
  • Support contract management with external partners.
  • Maintain compliance with Internal Audit requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates.
  • Foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Maintain a safe and organized facility.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • 7-10 years of management experience.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and project management.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience influencing diverse organizations and external providers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
