Senior Manager Enterprise Operations

As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving Nordstrom's transformation roadmap across multiple initiatives. Your work will focus on optimizing systems and processes to enhance customer experience and unlock new inventory value streams. You will collaborate with various stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and executional clarity.

• Establish and maintain a strategic roadmap tied to the rhythm of the business.
• Create cross-group collaboration and synergies across critical partner groups.
• Assist in developing, tracking, measuring, and reporting on cross-functional objectives and OKRs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through influence and articulate strategy-to-action plans.
• Support strategies related to unowned inventory models and other opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing large and complex teams and/or projects.
• Experience working with senior-level executives and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Deep understanding of technology enablement and current technology tools.
