You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, developing, and launching practice opportunities within our affiliated partner optometric practices, executing long-term strategic goals informed by market knowledge and operational activities.
Responsibilities- Identify business and procedural opportunities within affiliate practices and partnered retail optical brands.
- Manage and partner with affiliate practices and retail optical brands.
- Hold partners accountable for staffing, support, and practice building activities.
- Execute affiliate practice administrations and initiatives.
- Train retail optical leaders and staff on systems, billing, and POS usage.
- Create business development strategies and drive new business.
- Analyze reporting and analytics for key business metrics.
- Present results and metrics to leadership.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and patient satisfaction.
- Provide in-office support and direct management as needed.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years working experience within Optical Retail.
- 5+ years’ experience in management and/or leadership positions.
- Strong ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to see the big picture and prioritize highest business impact.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all functions/levels.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of store operations.
- Critical thinking/Analytical skills.
- Ability to influence/negotiate.
- Entrepreneurial drive and analytical mindset.
- Availability to travel up to 60% per year.
