Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager FP&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting the local Supply Chain leadership team and the Central LVMH P&C Supply Chain Leadership team. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and project management within the BPC Supply Chain function, providing qualitative analysis and creating productivity schedules to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate costs to Maisons on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Build and manage the manpower budget for the warehouse based on various hypotheses.
  • Monitor actual warehouse manpower costs and identify gaps versus budget.
  • Regularly communicate capex actuals and manage monthly closing processes.
  • Lead monthly reviews with Supply Chain Leadership and provide financial explanations.
  • Construct semiannual budgets and present to LVMH P&C Central leadership team.
  • Act as key contact for large-scale projects and contribute to ROI definitions.
  • Develop productivity schedules and conduct manpower analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for leadership team needs.
  • Serve as the finance contact for Brand Controllers regarding logistics costs.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Finance and controlling, preferably in Supply Chain/Distribution/Manufacturing.
  • Project Management and Financial Modeling experience.
  • Experience in presentations to senior leadership is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; French is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player and relationship builder.
