Responsibilities- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems.
- Manage weekly payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local payroll wage and hour laws.
- Manage payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
- Conduct weekly reviews, reconciliations, and recording of post-payroll transactions.
- Complete audits and provide necessary records and documentation to auditors.
- Act as the in-house expert on payroll processing, recommending updates as necessary.
- Manage payroll tax reconciliations and reporting.
- Oversee interfaces between various systems and process reviews with Total Rewards and IT.
- Lead continuous improvement in best practices and quality.
- Act as a liaison between various payroll vendors.
Requirements- Minimum 7 years of payroll experience.
- Expertise in UKG PRO and PROWFM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and business intelligence reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
