Responsibilities- Act as a key financial partner and advisor to executive officers leading Hospitality and Home.
- Drive strategic decision-making and champion change by identifying and vetting new business initiatives and investments.
- Oversee and manage monthly close, forecasting, and reporting objectives for supported divisions.
- Develop strong relationships with Corporate and business leaders to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Monitor and control costs, implementing global expense optimization initiatives.
- Build detailed financial models and forecasts for strategic planning.
- Create business cases to support capital projects and ensure performance targets are met.
- Prepare deliverables for quarterly reports, business reviews, and budget reviews.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and make recommendations to Corporate, Business, and Finance partners.
- Partner with Corporate and Business leads to develop short- and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail apparel industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Expert financial planning and modeling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
