Manager FP&A

As a Manager of FP&A, you will play a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with senior leaders and executives to influence the vision of the brand and drive business growth through advanced financial modeling and analytics.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance against key metrics and document highlights for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into business drivers and KPIs.
• Design and maintain financial dashboards for real-time data visualization.
• Serve as a liaison between U.S. and U.K. finance teams, ensuring consistent communication and reporting.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Minimum of 8-10+ years of financial reporting and analysis experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust system acumen, including SAP/Diaspark preferred.
