Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for the oversight, implementation, and maintenance of the Kering internal control framework in the Americas. This role ensures compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and Kering & House requirements, and leads efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. The manager will work closely with management to improve the overall control environment.

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework aligning with Kering requirements and House standards.
• Manage internal control documentation and ensure they are up-to-date and effectively implemented.
• Plan and oversee the execution of internal audit programs throughout the Americas.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Plan and execute risk-based financial and operational audit engagements.
• Prepare audit reports summarizing work performed, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure strict compliance with anti-money laundering and sanction laws within the region.
• Manage and mentor the Internal Control & Audit team in the Americas.
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or compliance in a multinational company.
• CPA, CIA certification earned or in progress.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 40%-50%.
• Preferred experience in public auditing, luxury goods industry, and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
