Financial Reporting Manager - External Reporting

The Financial Reporting Manager of External Reporting at Ralph Lauren will be actively involved in the preparation and review of the company's SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. This role requires collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance and accounting standards.

• Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Manage the preparation and review of supporting documents for quarterly earnings press releases.
• Assist in monitoring SEC, FASB, and EITF rulemaking activities and develop implementation strategies.
• Account for stock-based compensation programs and prepare related technical accounting memos.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including auditors and various business departments.
• Mentor staff and provide career development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• 7-10 years of experience in public/private accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret regulatory guidance.
• Experience in a complex, multi-national organization is a plus.
• Proficiency in systems like Workiva, FCCS, and SAP is advantageous.
