FP&A Manager

As an FP&A Manager at Cartier, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance department on a temporary assignment. This position involves facilitating the monthly close process, tracking spending, and providing variance analysis to business partners. You will be a key point of contact for invoice coding and non-stock purchase orders, contributing to the financial success of the organization.

• Facilitate Cartier’s monthly close process by collaborating with business partners and managing deadlines.
• Track spending by project vs budget and liaise with brand teams for transparency.
• Identify and communicate potential issues, providing timely variance analysis to business partners.
• Support FP&A AVP with retail projects analysis and prepare investment requests.
• Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance team.
• Serve as the key point of contact for invoice coding and non-stock purchase order use.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant field.
• 4 years of accounting or financial experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience with SAP and understanding of finance principles.
• Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of MS Excel, Analysis, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a curious nature with the ability to be proactive, problem-solve, and adapt to change.
