SummaryThe Senior Manager - Finance will be responsible for leading the Strategic Alliance Program and Spend Approval Requests (SAR) process across North America Wholesale. Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of financial reporting and analysis to support strategic partnerships and customer programs.
- Oversee financial processes related to rebates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across business units.
- Support the evaluation and execution of partnership agreements by providing financial insights and modeling.
- Enhance tools and reporting systems to improve visibility into program performance and customer profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Pricing, Accounting, and Commercial to ensure alignment and data integrity.
- Manage the Spend Approval Request (SAR) process, ensuring alignment with budgetary and strategic objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Lead or support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and strategic finance roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, OBIEE, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- High energy, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
