Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Manager in Jewelry Workshop Customer Service, you will oversee the on-time delivery of jewelry alterations and after-sales interventions, ensuring operational efficiency and quality standards are met. You will support the Van Cleef and Arpels Americas Workshop by promoting teamwork and accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse team of technical experts, monitoring development, productivity, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, Workshop Production, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-priority orders.
  • Manage daily workflow and assignments to maintain business objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and report on customer service staff and workshop KPIs.
  • Monitor performance and productivity, recommending relevant training.
  • Support workshop delivery with systemic and physical movement of repair orders and spare parts.
  • Ensure staff compliance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of team management experience in a jewelry workshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ERP experience in a jewelry workshop environment (SAP preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI and strong communication skills.
  • Proven background in workshop STO and time management software.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.
