Summary

The Senior Manager, People Analytics, Insights & AI Enablement leads US People & Organization analytics strategy, employee listening insights, and responsible AI enablement. This role turns workforce data into actionable decisions, builds predictive insights, and helps shape a future-ready HR operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define the people analytics roadmap, standard dashboards, metrics, and predictive workforce models.
• Develop AI use cases and guide responsible, human-centered AI adoption across People & Organization.
• Lead employee engagement survey analytics and enable self-service insights and data literacy.
• Partner with People Operations, HRIS, Technology, Finance, and global teams to improve data quality and governance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in people analytics, HR, process insights, or AI enablement.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, AI tools, employee survey platforms, and AI-driven HR process automation.
• Experience defining analytics roadmaps and standard metrics, with strong data storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree is a plus.
