Senior Manager Retail Performance

Summary

The Senior Manager, Retail Performance analyzes business results and develops strategies to strengthen retail performance across the Americas. The role supports data-driven decision-making, reporting and forecasting, and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Support reporting excellence, forecasting, budget planning, and monthly phasing.
• Manage retail business projects, prepare business presentations, and conduct financial and KPI analysis.
• Partner with Training, HR, and senior leadership to assess boutique performance and support retail teams.
• Lead BI rollouts, user testing, KPI training, and boutique director training on reports and dashboards.
• Manage Pre-CAR analysis, including market research and boutique sales and staffing projections.
• Develop tools for forecasting, compliance, and boutique performance management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring, tracking, and reporting KPIs.
• Knowledge of retail budgets, sales trends, forecasting, and retail math.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or Google Looker is beneficial.
