Senior Manager, People & Organization - Pacific Northwest

Summary

The Senior Manager, People & Organization leads core human resources processes and people strategies for fashion boutiques across the Pacific Northwest. This role partners with boutique leadership teams to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, talent development, performance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Build an inclusive and engaging employee experience through boutique visits, check-ins, and partnership with leadership teams.
• Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation, performance reviews, and career development.
• Coach leaders on performance matters, employee relations investigations, hiring needs, and recruitment practices.
• Partner with legal, retail operations, employee relations, and total rewards teams on policy, compliance, and employee matters.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of core HR or HR generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Employee relations experience; retail or wholesale HR experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort using HRIS systems such as Workday and conducting basic analysis in Excel.
• Ability to work in boutiques three days per week, typically in San Francisco and Palo Alto or Valley Fair.
