Summary
The Senior Manager, Retail Client Engagement West leads planning and execution of retail client development strategies across directly operated stores and outlets to drive retention, elevation, and acquisition through relationship management and local market events. This role translates corporate client engagement strategy into store-embedded plans, partners with store and corporate teams, analyzes performance, and travels to support growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead market store-specific strategy, planning and execution of client development activities
- Leverage client analysis and mapping to create retail plans to meet sales goals
- Review outreach performance and embed best practices to close gaps
- Align on a 365 client calendar with corporate and field teams
- Analyze impact of client initiatives pre during and post activities
- Collaborate with area directors and host regional calls with store teams
- Create tourist development programs and manage regional event calendars and budgets
- Manage vendor setup store operational support and event execution
- Present business area performance and lead regional client relations activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of management experience in retail marketing events hospitality or consulting
- Proven client management relationship and partnership skills in B2B and B2C settings
- Experience with CRM systems and business intelligence tools
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills and confidence presenting to senior management
- Strategic analytical and retail math competencies
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time
- Collaborative team player with cross functional experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
