Summary
Leads projects for windows, displays, pop-ups, and activations across the US and Canada, with additional support for the New York area. Ensures projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to quality and brand standards while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute window, pop-up, specialty display, and installation projects.
- Define project scope and deliverables with cross-functional teams, track progress, manage risks, and implement solutions.
- Analyze vendor bids and performance, manage project budgets, and identify cost savings and process improvements.
- Use CAD and technical drawings to oversee production and installation, translating creative concepts into technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Operations, Visual Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, Finance, Headquarters, and external vendors.
- Lead project communications, meetings, post-project reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of vendor management experience in visual experience and/or store planning in retail.
- Project management experience, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
- Ability to read architectural and shop drawings; familiarity with CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Ability to travel as needed and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
