Responsibilities

• Lead merchant operations projects related to technology initiatives and system implementations
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to define requirements and workflows
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Develop and document processes and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate testing and validation of new tools and features
• Train and support teams on new operational tools and changes

Requirements

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in merchant operations or related functions
• Experience working on technology driven operational projects
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to document processes and drive cross functional initiatives
