Senior Operations Associate

As a Senior Operations Associate at Tiffany & Co. in New York, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of shipments, and supporting inventory control for various teams. This role requires a proactive approach to operations and logistics within a corporate environment.

• Ensure timely receipt and shipment of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
• Verify and process incoming shipments, including pricing verification and distribution.
• Manage shipping documentation in accordance with company policies and international customs.
• Receive and process stone deliveries, ensuring systematic transfer of ownership.
• Maintain shipment records and comply with audit requirements.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and transaction reviews.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to workplace policies.
• Report safety and security-related observations to management.

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience handling sensitive information and adherence to safety and confidentiality policies.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Preferred: Undergraduate degree, experience with J.D. Edwards, knowledge of the diamond industry.
