Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Operations Manager in Supply Chain, you will lead and develop leaders to support business strategies focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and management of processes. Your role will be critical in succession planning and requires a balance of focus and flexibility.

Responsibilities
  • Support business strategy by driving results for safety, quality, and performance while enhancing efficiency and scale.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and their supporting teams across multiple shifts and departments.
  • Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making and own the impact of decisions.
  • Promote equity within the organization.
  • Meet warehouse financial standards by providing budget information and monitoring expenditures.
  • Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
  • Collaborate with on-site and virtual operational support teams to implement solutions.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience in developing leaders and growing leadership competencies.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
  • Excellence in managing projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and determine actions based on improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
