Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain

Summary

The Senior Operations Manager leads warehouse operations to drive safety, quality, and performance while optimizing cost and efficiency. This role manages and develops a team of managers across multiple shifts, supports recruiting and succession planning, and partners with operational teams to implement process improvements. The position is responsible for facility financials, KPI targets, and execution of programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow the performance of approximately seven managers and their supporting teams across multiple shifts and departments.
• Drive safety, quality, and KPI metrics including 4DX and facility performance scorecards.
• Manage budget planning, monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train leaders and support succession planning across the network.
• Partner with on-site and virtual operational support teams to pilot, test, and implement solutions for the building.
• Manage projects, programs, and initiatives within the facility and analyze data to determine improvement actions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of warehouse experience in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and grow leadership competencies in direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs, performance scorecards, and 4DX methodology.
• Experience managing budgets, projects, and operational initiatives within a facility.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
