Senior Procurement Manager Strategic Sourcing

As a Senior Procurement Manager in Strategic Sourcing at Ralph Lauren, you will lead strategic procurement and category management activities across various spend categories, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Packaging, Human Resources, and Facilities. You will work closely with project teams and manage a dedicated procurement team to implement value creation opportunities.

• Develop and execute procurement-specific category strategies in alignment with global procurement goals.
• Maintain FP&A partnerships for accurate savings reporting and stakeholder relationship management.
• Lead strategic sourcing events and vendor negotiations, ensuring compliance with Ralph Lauren sourcing methodology.
• Oversee category procurement team, providing growth opportunities and managing project timelines.
• Support global procurement initiatives, including spend analytics, procurement performance reporting, and supplier relationship management.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, people management, project management, financial analysis, and contract management.
• 3+ years of supply chain management category-specific strategic sourcing experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
