Summary
The Senior Product Management Associate will support product strategy and execution for the collection, partnering with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Sourcing to ensure product integrity from sample to bulk production. The role involves maintaining product data in PLM, tracking samples and materials, and supporting cost and timeline optimization while working on-site multiple days per week.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Master BOM from tech pack through production readiness
- Submit tech pack dates in PLM and report related metrics
- Develop and track sourced raw materials components including fabrics trims and labels
- Track development and receipt of showroom samples and manage sample information
- Input update and finalize all product details and costing in PLM
- Partner with managers and sourcing to drive optimized lead-times and meet production deadlines
- Collaborate with technical design and senior team to analyze product development WIP
- Maintain organized information for garment deliveries and resolve development issues
- Create timelines with sourcing offices vendors for lab dips material sourcing and approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Multiple years of product development or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing process and apparel product development
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organizational attention to product information and details
- Proficiency with Excel Outlook and PLM
- Agile solution oriented mindset with curiosity and desire to learn
- Ability to work in office at least three days per week
