SummaryThe Senior Product Management Associate will partner with the Lead/Head to create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the production ordering process. Responsibilities- Execute and drive processes in Production Order Management with a focus on Strategic Planning.
- Drive End to End BSR & Replenishment ordering and maintain clear communication across Regional Buying Offices.
- Embed with teams to help drive PIR Process and ensure costing data entry is complete for timely order placement.
- Identify and escalate risks to on-time production and ensure correct delay code is entered systematically.
- Troubleshoot errors in order placement and enforce clear policies and procedures.
- Identify knowledge gaps in Production and Pre-Production and seek out resources for continuous learning.
- Partner with team members to attend key milestone meetings for optimal alignment.
Requirements- Product development or production-related experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are a must (e.g., VLookUp, Pivots).
- Subject matter expertise in a specific product category, such as accessories.
- Proven ability to optimize production outcomes through understanding the product manufacturing process.
- Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot in systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and PLM.
