Job Description

Summary

Lead data product strategy for the Operations domain, including Returns, Store Operations, and Customer Orders. Define a multi-year vision and roadmap that aligns business, technology, and data partners around governed, unified, and accessible operational data.

Responsibilities

  • Set the domain data product vision, strategic narrative, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Guide build-versus-buy decisions, platform consolidation, and architectural tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
  • Present data strategy and investment cases to executive leaders, translating technical complexity into business outcomes.
  • Build alignment across product, technology, data science, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Shape data governance standards and account for emerging AI capabilities in the roadmap.
  • Mentor product managers and analysts and define domain-level measures of success.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including substantial work in data strategy, data platforms, or enterprise architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to set multi-year data domain strategy and influence executive decisions.
  • Familiarity with cloud data architecture, data governance, domain modeling, and self-service enablement.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning applications for analytical products.
  • Excellent strategic communication skills and experience aligning stakeholders in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
