Senior Product Manager - Store Selling Insights

Summary

The Senior Product Manager will own strategy and delivery for the Store Selling Insights Delivery team, providing reporting and intelligence that helps store leaders coach sellers and make informed decisions. This role will shape a multi-year vision for reliable, mobile-first, proactive insights, while aligning stakeholders across engineering, analytics, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and tradeoffs for store reporting and insights.
• Drive delivery through user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog sequencing, and management of risks and dependencies.
• Define success metrics and use telemetry, customer research, and user feedback to adjust the roadmap.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, data governance discussions, and communications across technical and business audiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including end-to-end ownership of a product domain at the senior level.
• Experience with enterprise BI and reporting platforms, particularly Looker, and modern cloud data ecosystems such as GCP and BigQuery.
• Experience leading platform migration or consolidation, including legacy deprecation and user change management.
• Knowledge of data governance, analytics, SQL, data warehousing, and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, matrixed environments and communicate effectively with leadership and engineering teams.
