SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager Digital Platforms, you will oversee the operational health of Shopify storefronts across multiple luxury brands. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day platform operations across multiple Shopify Plus storefronts.
- Manage and launch new themes, content, and on-site experiences in partnership with design and development teams.
- Own the structure and governance of product and content data, including metafields, metaobjects, tags, taxonomy, and collections.
- Implement and maintain 3rd-party integrations such as reviews, loyalty, payments, and search.
- Act as the liaison between e-commerce, development, UX, and marketing teams to ensure data and platform needs are met.
- Assist Technical Lead in QA processes and manage staging-to-production deployments.
- Document platform architecture, workflows, and app dependencies.
- Partner with Shopify support and tech vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support scalable systems for localization, SEO, filtering, and performance.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce platform management with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
- Strong understanding of Shopify data structures, including product types, tags, metafields, content models, and collections.
- Experience managing Shopify themes and storefront logic using Liquid, JSON, and schema files.
- Familiarity with 3rd-party app ecosystems and integration strategies.
- Proficiency in cross-functional project coordination and sprint-based execution.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and storefronts simultaneously.
- Experience with headless commerce or Hydrogen is desirable.
- Exposure to PIMs, CMSs, or structured data frameworks such as Klaviyo, Sanity, or Contentful is a plus.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, SEO schema, and CRO tooling is advantageous.
- Experience in luxury retail or multi-brand e-commerce environments is preferred.
