Senior Project Leader

RH is seeking a Senior Project Leader to partner directly with the Sales Team to support and grow the business with our strategic customers. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, including preparing quotations, order and fulfillment planning, and post-delivery project closeout. The position requires a high level of customer service and technical skills to lead large, complex projects.

• Partner with a Business Development Leader to provide operational support for strategic customers across their business portfolio.
• Collaborate to ensure successful execution of customer projects, from quoting and order placement to product selection and fulfillment planning.
• Coordinate and lead project status reviews and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Recognize and resolve complex issues throughout the project lifecycle, partnering with leadership to troubleshoot and keep projects on track.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and log key communications in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the global Sales and Operations team to drive growth with strategic customers.

• 5+ years of project leadership, procurement, and/or operations experience in the Hospitality, Commercial, and/or Residential segments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at identifying and overcoming obstacles through collaboration, leadership, and critical thinking.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in CRM/SalesForce, MS Office Suite, and forecasting.
• Ability to work nights and weekends for urgent customer escalations.
