Senior Project Manager SDP And Construction

Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads boutique construction and renovation projects across the United States and Canada. This role coordinates internal teams, consultants, architects, and contractors from feasibility and design through construction and turnover. Frequent travel of up to 30% is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 boutique construction projects annually, including flagship locations.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, design development, construction, permitting, tendering, and project turnover.
• Review budgets and cost estimates, track project costs, process invoices, and coordinate reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal departments, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to support timely project execution.
• Manage construction contracts, owner-supplied items, and punch-list completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• At least 12 years of luxury retail construction and project management experience.
• Experience with full-scope retail construction projects; in-house project management experience preferred.
• Fluency in AutoCAD, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of store planning and construction methods.
