Summary
Senior Real Estate Manager for the Americas responsible for developing and executing regional retail and corporate office real estate strategy. The role partners with regional leadership, brand and corporate teams and external partners to support transactions and asset management across a multi channel environment. Based in New York City and focused on strategic lease negotiations, site feasibility and portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional retail and corporate office distribution strategy.
- Evaluate, select and negotiate commercial terms and lease provisions for retail, office, warehouse and showroom locations.
- Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, brokers and lawyers.
- Partner with retail, store planning, construction, legal and finance teams on site feasibility and acquisition timing.
- Oversee tenant and administrative management of owned and let property portfolio.
- Manage asset management activities to enhance property value throughout lifecycle.
- Support development of systems, tools and processes to improve real estate efficiency.
- Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders for decision making.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in a real estate role in the Americas, strong US market exposure.
- Experience in fashion retail, consulting, investment fund or property company preferred.
- Degree in business administration, economics, law or architecture; MBA a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of leasing, negotiations, contract review and financial modeling.
- Strong communication skills with executive and cross functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with adaptability and efficiency.
- Proactive market sourcing and entrepreneurial approach.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; database or project management systems a plus.
