Summary
The Senior Regional Account Executive is a field sales leader responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives across distribution channels by executing in-store strategies, events, merchandising, training, and staffing while developing strong store partnerships and a best in class selling team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth across assigned region
- Conduct weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales reviews with Brand Ambassadors and store management
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales initiatives and events with store teams and National Events Director
- Coordinate merchandising, presentation standards, and store checklist completion with image uploads seasonally
- Provide regional insights on assortments, staffing, sales, stock, space and location opportunities
- Deliver extensive in-store and virtual product and selling training for product specialists
- Coach and develop Brand Ambassadors on clienteling, booking, demonstrations, and daily business reviews
- Manage expenses, calendars, and administrative tasks including monthly damages and app usage
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Sales Director regarding performance and escalations
Requirements
- 5+ years of related field leadership experience
- Proven ability to develop relationships with store management and cross functional partners
- Strong coaching, recruiting, and people development skills
- Excellent strategic, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced retail environment and maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Ability to travel domestically with flexible working hours
- High store visibility with approximately 85% time spent in store
