Senior Regional Manager - Asset Protection

As a Senior Regional Manager of Asset Protection, you will oversee the supervision of Asset Protection leaders across your region, focusing on recruiting, development, performance oversight, and budgeting. You will co-develop and execute the company's shrink reduction strategy and ensure financial performance within your area of responsibility. This field-based position requires travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to lead shrink reduction business plans and provide program visibility and support.

• Lead and articulate the vision and values of the organization and the Asset Protection department within your area.
• Educate cross-functional leaders, share strategies, and create alignment.
• Influence change and develop business cases with required approvals and support.
• Evaluate shrink data to identify regional trends in theft and shape decisions.
• Communicate key metrics for performance improvements aligned with business strategy.
• Co-develop and implement company shrink programs and manage compliance.
• Analyze security and safety metrics and recommend solutions to address outliers.
• Manage programs to reduce shortage and prevent theft and dishonesty.
• Direct major theft cases in partnership with corporate teams.
• Investigate theft and fraud cases and conduct interviews when appropriate.
• Respond to security incidents and review safety reporting to reduce incidents.
• Recruit, hire, and develop employees in your region and foster readiness for additional responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
• 8 - 10 years’ experience in multi-unit asset protection, loss prevention, or security services.
• 5 years’ experience in managing people leaders.
• Ability to lead effective shrink strategy and familiarity with security equipment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• On call for store incidents, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 50%-75%.
