Responsibilities- Lead and articulate the vision and values of the organization and the Asset Protection department within your area.
- Educate cross-functional leaders, share strategies, and create alignment.
- Influence change and develop business cases with required approvals and support.
- Evaluate shrink data to identify regional trends in theft and shape decisions.
- Communicate key metrics for performance improvements aligned with business strategy.
- Co-develop and implement company shrink programs and manage compliance.
- Analyze security and safety metrics and recommend solutions to address outliers.
- Manage programs to reduce shortage and prevent theft and dishonesty.
- Direct major theft cases in partnership with corporate teams.
- Investigate theft and fraud cases and conduct interviews when appropriate.
- Respond to security incidents and review safety reporting to reduce incidents.
- Recruit, hire, and develop employees in your region and foster readiness for additional responsibility.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/professional experience.
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in multi-unit asset protection, loss prevention, or security services.
- 5 years’ experience in managing people leaders.
- Ability to lead effective shrink strategy and familiarity with security equipment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- On call for store incidents, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 50%-75%.
