Senior Retail Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor provides excellent customer service while supporting sales, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role is responsible for achieving company objectives and maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Build client relationships and maintain communication consistent with the brand.
• Maintain client service, selling floor, merchandise, and store standards.
• Participate in special events and projects, including sample sales and physical inventory.
• Follow store and company procedures and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods to clientele.
• Availability for open scheduling based on business needs, including in a store operating seven days a week.
