Job Description

Summary

The Senior Stock Controller supervises back of house operations and supports store leadership by acting as Client Experience Manager and Manager on Duty. This role oversees inventory, shipping and receiving, coaches stock and sales teams, and ensures adherence to company operational procedures and brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise back of house operations and sales floor as CEM and manager on duty
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product is in the right place at the right time
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for store inventories
  • Coach and mentor Stock and Sales teams, providing feedback and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with inventory maintenance and back of house procedures
  • Provide customer service related to repairs and returns
  • Prepare and maintain availability and inventory maintenance reports
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years retail operations experience
  • Prior luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proven track record in inventory management and reporting
  • Experience supervising staff and providing coaching
  • Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
  • College degree preferred
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to work varied hours and stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour week
