Responsibilities- Manage high-impact, complex programs, building and executing integrated plans across multiple teams.
- Present demos, status updates, and risk/mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Define technical components of a multi-year capability roadmap.
- Manage resource planning and a large team budget, forecasting accurately and explaining variances.
- Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and finance modernization strategies.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology leaders to document the technical delivery roadmap.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively.
- Partner with engineering teams to manage system data migrations and technical design.
- Ensure Change Management plans are developed and aligned with tech milestones.
Requirements- 7+ years of successful program management and delivery experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven foundational program and project management skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and ability to navigate complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Finance Technology and/or ERP solutions is a plus.
