Summary

The Service Lead supervises the sales floor team to deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve sales goals. This role coaches associates, supports store operations, and helps ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and coach sales associates to improve selling skills, meet goals, and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Manage customer flow and coordinate service across sales, stock, specialist, and operations teams.
• Provide performance feedback, support associate development, and reinforce service standards through training and meetings.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Support store opening and closing, point-of-sale procedures, and operational policies.
• Promote the in-store digital experience and communicate business needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• One to two years of retail sales supervisory or management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with Apple mobile devices and comfort using digital tools.
